Terms & Conditions
Business Customers
Atlantic Global Africa supplies businesses, projects and organisations. Quotations and orders are handled on a business-to-business basis.
Quotations
We do not publish fixed prices. Each quotation is prepared against the specification, quantity, supplier, shipping route and delivery location you provide. Quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing, and may be revised if the requirement, supplier pricing or freight cost changes.
Orders
An order proceeds once you confirm the specification, quantity and commercial terms. Lead times depend on supplier availability, production and shipping, and are estimates rather than guarantees.
After-Sales Cover
Where a fault is confirmed as an approved product quality issue, the affected unit is replaced under the applicable warranty. Photovoltaic panels are not covered by our replacement cover. Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, unstable power supply or lack of maintenance is excluded.
Safety Partner Programme
The PPE programme applies to registered business accounts that maintain the stated cumulative spend over six consecutive months. Kit contents may be substituted for equivalent items subject to availability.
