Business Customers

Atlantic Global Africa supplies businesses, projects and organisations. Quotations and orders are handled on a business-to-business basis. Consumer distance-selling rights do not apply.

Scope Of Service

We act as a sourcing and procurement partner. That means we identify suppliers and manufacturers able to supply equipment matching your stated requirement, compare suitable options, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate the agreed purchase and logistics. We do not hold a fixed stock list, and product availability depends on the supplier market at the time of enquiry.

Specification Responsibility

Quotations are prepared against the specification, quantity and operating conditions you provide. Where information is incomplete, we will confirm assumptions in writing before order approval. It remains your responsibility to confirm that the approved specification suits your application, site conditions, voltage and installation environment.

Quotations

We do not publish fixed prices. Each quotation is prepared against the specification, quantity, supplier, shipping route and delivery location you provide. Quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing, and may be revised if the requirement, supplier pricing or freight cost changes.

Quotations are prepared on a supply and delivery basis: we supply the equipment and coordinate the agreed freight and logistics to your delivery location. Product and sourcing costs are separated from delivery and logistics costs so you can see what is included before approving an order.

Orders

An order proceeds once you confirm the specification, quantity, delivery option and commercial terms. Lead times depend on supplier availability, production and shipping, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

After-Sales Cover

Where a fault is confirmed as an approved product quality issue, the affected unit is replaced under the applicable warranty. Photovoltaic panels are not covered by our replacement cover. Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, unstable power supply or lack of maintenance is excluded.

Pricing & Currency

Quotations are issued in euros (€) unless agreed otherwise. Unless expressly stated, quoted amounts exclude local taxes and any charge not listed as an inclusion. Currency movement, supplier price revisions and freight rate changes may affect a quotation that has not yet been confirmed.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on each quotation. Procurement is normally initiated once the agreed payment or deposit has been received. Ownership of goods passes on full payment.

Delivery, Duties & Risk

We coordinate the freight and logistics listed as inclusions in your quotation. Delivery scope, incoterms and the party responsible for customs clearance, duties and local delivery are identified in the quotation. We are not a carrier and cannot guarantee third-party transit or port timelines.

Inspection & Claims

Goods should be inspected on arrival. Shortages, transit damage or apparent defects should be reported in writing with photographs within seven days of delivery so that a claim can be raised with the supplier or carrier.

Cancellation & Changes

Once an order is placed with a supplier it may not be cancellable, and production or restocking charges may apply. Change requests after approval are subject to supplier acceptance and may affect price and lead time.

Liability

Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production downtime or project delay costs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Confidentiality & Data

Requirement details, drawings and commercial information you share are used only to source and quote your requirement, and are shared with suppliers only to the extent needed to do so. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Terms

These terms, together with the accepted quotation, form the agreement between us. We may update these terms; the version in force at the date of your quotation applies to that order.

Safety Partner Programme

The PPE programme applies to registered business accounts that maintain the stated cumulative spend over six consecutive months. Kit contents may be substituted for equivalent items subject to availability.
